President and Master Craftsman
Joel Tuscan
Joel brings over 20 years of expertise in construction, learning the trade from his father who owned a construction company. He also has an impressive 10 years of experience in property management and maintenance, where he successfully ran large teams for one of the largest scatter-site property management companies in the US. As a visionary and master builder, Joel approaches every repair and remodel with precision and a demand for quality craftsmanship.
The Heart of Coordination
Megan Tuscan
Megan is the organizing force behind Oak & Co. and is married to Joel. Drawing on her skills as a dedicated homeschool mom and her experience in Creative and Marketing Project Management, she excels at structure and strategy. Megan coordinates all projects to ensure a smooth, client-friendly experience. She also brings hands-on experience, having personally completed full renovations on two homes and a rental property.
Project & Construction Manager
Ivan Esh
Ivan is a true veteran of the building trades, bringing 27 years of construction experience to the team. His background includes 8 years in professional framing, 19 years in remodeling, and many years as a Project Manager. Beyond his technical skills, Ivan spent 17 years owning his own restaurant, giving him invaluable customer service expertise and a deep understanding of managing needs and exceeding expectations. A devoted family man, he is married with three children.
